Kano State Government has approved the promotion of 102 workers in the mainstream of the civil service and terminated appointment of two staff over misconduct in the month of August 2021.
Solacebase reports that the State Civil service Commission Chairman Engr. Bello Mohammad Kiru discloses this on Thursday shortly after the commission meeting for the senior staff promotion exercise held at the conference hall of the commission.

A statement issued on Friday by the Spokesman of the Commission, Ismail Garba Gwammaja and sent to Solacebase said the Chairman also charged promoted staff to reciprocate the gesture by committing themselves to their assigned duties diligently for the overall development of the state.

According to the statement, dwelling on the members of the commission, the chairman expressed appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to the members for exhibiting a high sense of discipline and maturity throughout the conduct of the exercise despite some challenges bedevilling the smooth running of the exercise.
