Kano State Hisbah Board says it will establish zonal offices to be manned by Zonal Commanders in the five emirate headquarters of the state to enhance productivity.
The Commandant General of the command Ustaz Haroun Muhammad Sani ibn Sina announced this when he visited the Emir of Karaye Alhaji Ibrahim Abubakar II in continuation of his familiarization tour to the four emirate councils of the state.
This was contained in a statement issued by Karaye Local Government Information Officer Haruna Gunduwawa and forwarded to Solacebase on Wednesday.
Ustaz Haroun Muhammad Sani ibn Sina maintained that the establishment of the zonal headquarters will greatly enhance the services of the Command.
The Commandant General lauded traditional rulers of the state for the tremendous support and encouragement given Hisbah.
He reaffirmed the board’s readiness to continue to fight illicit activities in society.
Responding, the Emir of Karaye Alhaji Ibrahim Abubakar II restated that the creation of the new Emirates in the state is a great achievement.
