Monarch urges newly recruited police constable to serve diligently

The Kanwan Katsina and District Head of Ketare in Kankara Local Government Area of Katsina State, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara has called on newly recruited police constables from his district who has just concluded their training at Police College Kaduna to be dedicated to their duties in the service to the nation.

Alhaji Kankara made the call on Tuesday when the newly recruited police constables paid him a courtesy visit in his palace.

During the visit, the leader of the delegation police constable Rufa’I Usman Ketare who spoke on-behalf of the eight police constables from the district informed the monarch that they have successfully completed their training and were posted back to their respective local governments of origin as directed by the inspector general of police.

Rufa’I Usman appreciated the Kanwan Katsina for his fatherly role, advice and support at all times and also assured the district head that they will work with dedication to duties.

Also speaking during the visit, the divisional police officer in Kankara Local Government Superintendent of Police, Salman Dalhatu who led the new recruits to the district head palace expressed gratitude to the Kanwan Katsina for providing them accommodation  in Kankara town to enable them discharge their duties diligently.

He acknowledged the existing cordial working relationship and synergy between the District head office and Kankara police division at all times.

On his part, the District Head of Ketare, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara commended the only female recruit police constable Salamatu from Wawal Kaza community in his district for enlisting and successfully completing her training and called on other females from the district to emulate her in the service to their fatherland.

Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara also charged the constables to further their education to enable them progress and build a career in the police force.
