A Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Aspirant and former Kano state governor ,Rabiu Kwankwaso says the endorsement of his son in law Abba was to ensure that he provides the state with a governor that will not be influenced by the wife.
Rabiu Kwankwaso expressed surprise that those criticizing his choice for the party governorship race are not talking about Abba Kabiru Yusuf competency and popularity but rather based on primordial sentiment.
Senator Kwankwaso stated his defence on Monday at his lugard resident where he receives his political associates in Kano when he briefly breezed into the state before rushing out hours later.
