An Islamic group, Nasrul Lahi L Fatih (NASFAT) has urged Muslims to always exhibit exemplary behaviour and be above board in leadership callings.
Northwest Zonal Chairman of NASFAT, Alh. Kazeem Taoreed made the call on Sunday in Kano at a special fidau prayer held for the repose of the soul of Late Senator Ishaq Abiola Ajimobi, the former Oyo state governor who passed on last Thursday.

Alhaji Kazeem said ‘’we should be wary of what the outcome of our actions will be when we are not there.’’

Also, the Fidau Prayer which was held at the NASFAT praying ground, Kano was led by the Deputy Missioner Abdulwahab Ajimati.
Abdulwahab who eulogised the former governor described him as a bridge builder across all races and religious affiliations.
‘’The world is a transit point and we should lead without fear or favour and remind ourselves that we will be made to answer for our deeds hereafter,’’ the cleric noted.
The cleric also noted that death can come to anybody at any time and this is another wake-up reminder that we all should embrace the health protocols with regards to COVID-19.
Prayers was also held for all those who lost their lives as a result of the Pandemic.
