The Nigerian Army has appointed Brig.-Gen. Jude Chukwu as new Director, Army Public Relations.
The army also appointed Colonel M.A. Anka as new Commandant of Nigerian Army School of Public Relations and Information.
The appointments were confirmed by outgoing Director of Army Public Relations, Brig.-Gen Sani Usman in a statement on Thursday.
Chukwu is among the 92 colonels promoted to the rank of brigadier-general in November
Reports say that a formal handover ceremony has been slated for Monday.
