Kano state Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje Sunday presented the Staff of office to the new Emir of Bichi, Aminu Ado Bayero who was appointed as the 1st Emir of Bichi Emirate.
After the presentation, all district Heads, Village Heads pay homage to the New Emir.
