UPDATED : Again, APC holds last minute peace meeting with Ganduje, Shekarau
In a drive to end the crisis tearing apart the All Progressive Congress APC in Kano, the National Headquarters of the party on Saturday night, summoned Governor Abdullahi Ganduje and Senator Ibrahim Shekarau to another round of meeting, in Abuja.
Solacebase gathered that the meeting that lasted over two hours had only the leaders of the two group and members of the reconciliatory committee of the party headquarters.
Recalls that a meeting of the two factions was held at the instance of the APC caretaker chairman, Mai Mala Buni in Abuja, on Friday that lasted about six hours.
The crisis bedeviling the party in Kano that led to the emergence of parallel executives in the state stall the issuance of certificate of return to Kano and Sokoto on Thursday at the headquarters of the party in Abuja.
Prior to the peace meeting , the party headquarters had two meetings with the factions but could not come out with a headway due to the absence of Gov. Ganduje as his faction told the committee that they were not given the mandate to make any commitment.

Sources said the party on Saturday developed a template of all-inclusiveness, details of who gets what will be made available to both sides on Monday.
