Anambra Election: INEC issues Certificate of Return to Soludo
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Friday presented a Certificate of Return to the winner of Anambra State governorship election, Prof. Charles Soludo.
Prof. Soludo, the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, was declared winner of the November 6 election by INEC.

The former CBN governor was accompanied by Anambra State Commissioner for Public Utilities and Water Resources, Hon. Engr. Emeka Ezenwanne and Igwe Moghalu (Igwe Isuofia) and other APGA dignitaries.
The occasion is taking place at the INEC Headquarters, Awka.
