Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has approved the appointment of Justice H.A.Olusiyi to perform the functions of the Chief Judge of Kogi State.
This was contained in a statement issued by Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Onogwu Muhammed on Friday.
The statement said the Governor also approved the appointment of Justice Bayo Olowosegun to perform the functions of the President of the Customary Court of Appeal in the State.
It said these appointments followed the demise of Justices Nasiru Ajana and Shaibu Atadoga respectively.
According to the statement, both appointments are for a period of three months.
