President Muhammadu Buhari has commiserated with Sen. Kabiru Gaya over the death of his wife, Hajiya Halima Gaya.
President Buhari, in a condolence message issued by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, in Abuja on Friday, described the late Hajiya Gaya as a “remarkable woman, who dedicated herself to promoting education.’’
The president commended her investments in the establishment of private schools, adding: “it is a laudable initiative, which should be emulated by others.

“Education is the tool for modern development and no country can afford to ignore its vital role in our lives.
