FRSC Promotes 126 Personnel In Kano

The Federal Road Safety Corps on Thursday enjoined roads marshalls to imbibe honesty and always exhibit fear of God in the course of discharging their personal and official duties.
Kano Sector Commander, FRSC, Zubairu Mato made the assertion on Thursday at the Kano command headquarters, during the decoration of 126 junior and high ranking officers recently promoted.
He said that they should be mindful, that whatever they do to inflict hardship upon the people they are dealing with, they must account for it, if not here on earth, it would be accounted for someday before the God almighty.
Zubairu Mato expressed happiness over the performance of the newly elevated personnel during the promotional examination which was unprecedented in the history of the command.
“Kano command outnumbered its counterparts across the federation who sat for the exams and profoundly succeeded,” he said.
Commander Zubairu Mato also urged the newly promoted officers to braced-up and be committed while discharging the task shouldered upon them without exhibiting religious or tribal differences.
Ahmadu Abdullahi, roads commander, promoted to superintendent, says he was thankful and overpowered with joy on the new promotion.

“I will further add more effort to serve the command and the public with zeal and commitment” he added.
The ceremony was graced by the head of security agencies, families of the promoted officers, friends and well wishes.
