Kwara to conduct oral interview for civil servants

The Kwara Civil Service Commission will commence the 2021 oral promotion interview for civil servants in the state.

According to a press statement, made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ilorin on Tuesday, the oral interview will begin on Nov. 1, by 8am daily.

Chairman, Kwara Civil Service Commission, Hajia Habeebat Yusuf, said the interview would cover officers from salary Grade Level  (GL) 07 to GL 17 between Monday to Friday of every week and would last for about five weeks.

Yusuf said that all the affected civil servants are to fill all necessary documents and submit same four days before the interview date through the Staff Officer of their respective Ministry, Department and Agencies (MDAs) to avoid delay or outright cancellation of the interview for any erring officer.

“I advise that all the affected officers are to come with their nose masks, original certificates, citizenship certificate, service identity card, approval of study leave where necessary.

“You are also to come with evidence of change of names, examination slip, letter of first appointment, letter of last promotion, letter of confirmation and NYSC Certificate or exemption”, she said.

The chairman, however, warned that the commission will not embark on another interview for any candidate who missed the original interview date. (NAN)
