Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) has called on its numerous customers across the Kano franchise to pay their bills to avoid disconnection.
According to the Management, the staff of KEDCO have commenced the distribution of bills since last week and such will continue until every household is reached as usual.
This was contained in a statement issued by Head, Corporate Communications, KEDCO Ibrahim Sani Shawai,
‘’We, however, note that in spite of the timely distribution of bills some customers do not respond in payment which has left huge outstanding bills which has become a challenge to the company,’’ said the statement.
‘’We are appealing to those who are yet to pay to make arrangement for payment before leaving their homes for work in order to avoid disconnection.’’
‘’The only way we can be encouraged to continue to improve on supply and service delivery is by regular payment of bills by our customers.’’
‘’We also use this opportunity to appreciate all those customers who have made it a duty to regularly pay their bills in full and on time as we remain committed to delivering on our mandate of satisfying all our numerous customers in Kano franchise.’’
